Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 12 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: 4x10s or 3x12s available
Job details: Transplant (not just heart, any type of transplant) or immunosuppression experience, cardiac background is preferred.

IL License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
