Locums Inpatient Cardiology PA Needed in Asheville, NC

Work Details:
Schedule: 7p-7a
Support staff: Hospitalist Medicine and Cardiology supporting all patients. Pulm CC and CV Surgery provide support as needed.
EMR: Cerner
Skills required: Round daily on all floor level of care patients admitted to or seen in consultation on the general cardiology service line. Writing daily progress notes, event notes, admission H&Ps, new consult notes, and discharging. Ordering medications, testing, procedures when indicated. Mostly step down and cardiology unit patients. Perform new consults with attending MD.
Practice Setting: Inpatient

Board Certification: Required
License required: active NC
