Location: Flagstaff, Arizona

Schedule:

2 Weeks per Month

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Call: 1–2 weekends per month (including weeknight/weekend call as needed)

Practice Setting: Hospital-based – Cardiovascular Institute

Team: Work alongside 2 experienced cardiologists

Patient Load: 16–20 patients per day

Population: Primarily age 60+

Ideal Candidate: Personable, communicative, and team-oriented

Interview: Virtual via Microsoft Teams

EMR: Cerner

Support Staff: Well-staffed department with collaborative physicians

✅ Requirements
Board Certification: General Cardiology (preferred)

License: AZ or IMLC-eligible

Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in practice

Credentialing: Estimated 30 days
