Locum General Cardiologist – Northern Arizona | Flexible Schedule + Scenic Setting

Join a well-established cardiovascular team in Northern Arizona for a rewarding 6-month locum opportunity. This is an ideal assignment for a General Cardiologist seeking a balanced lifestyle, collegial environment, and engaged patient population in a beautiful high-elevation community.

🩺 Position Highlights:
• Start Date: August 25, 2025
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p with 1-hour lunch
• Call: 1–2 weekends/month (night/weekend rotation)
• Flexibility: Choose full-time or 3 weeks per month coverage
• Patient Load: 16–20 patients per day, primarily age 60+
• Support Team: Collaborate with two experienced cardiologists
• Setting: Hospital-based, Cardiovascular Institute
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: ~30 days; streamlined with remote onboarding

✅ Candidate Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Cardiology
• Active AZ License or IMLC eligibility
• ACLS/BLS certified
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with staff and patients alike
