Cardiologist Needed in California

Job description

Cardiologist Needed in CA:
Start Date: 10/1/25
Contract Length: Ends 11/30/25, covering LOA
Schedule: M-F half day clinic, starting at 8a and then second half of day is doing NIL
Work details:
• Special procedures: no procedures required, potential for transesophageal echocardiogram if providers are willing/skilled
• Support staff: 6-7 other cardiologists on service, 1 PA, clinic scheduler, on site heart failure clinic staffed by pharmacists, NIL RN, clinic RN
• Patients per day: 8 patients per half day clinic. Most are returning pts. 2-3 returning patients
• Patient population/age: all adult
• Department description: bread and butter cardiology, sees a lot of adv heart failure, multi vessel coronary disease, not a tertiary referral clinic, cardiac surgery not on site - have to send cases out
• EMR: Epic

CA License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
