Contract: 6 months, option to extend
Credentialing: 30 days

Schedule & Coverage
5x8s, Monday–Friday
At least 2 weeks/month coverage
Focus: ECHO services only (25–30/day)
Option: Inpatient rounding if provider has academic medical center background

Practice Details
Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient, Level 1 Trauma Center, Teaching Hospital
EMR: Epic
Support: Echo tech team, inpatient attending always available, interventional cardiologist on call
Procedures: TEE, TTE
Patient Population: Adult, diverse patient base
