Cardiologist Locums needed in CO-Flexible Scheduling

Start Date:
January 2026-Ongoing

Shift Details:
• Monday–Friday, 7:00a–5:30p
• At least 1 week/month

Facility Information
• Bed Size: 550
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Charting Software: EPIC
• Avg. Daily Census: 2–4 cases per day
• Patient Population: Adults, Geriatrics
• Support Staff: Nursing staff, techs, APPs
• Teaching Environment: Yes – residents present

Procedures & Skills
• Right and left heart cath
• Coronary angiogram
• Coronary interventions
• Some arm work and extensive lower extremity work
• May include chronic total occlusions and high-risk PCI with Impella support (based on skillset/experience)
• No vein work performed

Skills & Qualities Sought:
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations
• Comfortable teaching residents and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Warm, team-oriented personality
