CVT Surgery Locums Physician – Idaho Falls, ID

Coverage Details
Coverage Type: 24-hour shifts

Provider required to round on all in-patients daily and provide 24/7 CVT call coverage

Schedule: 7:00 am – 7:00 am (24-hour shifts)

Work Environment
Support staff includes:

First-assistant (NP/PA)

Two surgical techs

One RN circulator

Anesthesiologist

ICU nursing staff

Step-down nursing staff (4th floor)

Trauma Level: Level II

EMR: Meditech

Beds in department: 318

Skills Required
Ability to perform open heart procedures

Competency in CABG and aortic dissections

Must be able to cover adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical cases

Practice Setting
Inpatient

Requirements
Board Certification: Required

License: Idaho

DEA: Required

CSR: Required

Certification: Must hold a current American Board of Thoracic Surgery Certification
