Seeking a provider that is flexible to work both gen card and intv in Lebanon, IN.

START DATE 7/14/25
CONTRACT LENGTH 6-9 months
COVERAGE TYPE 40 hr week, no STEMI call after hours. 1:2 call (patient calls only)
# OF SHIFTS & HOUR 4.5 days a week or 9 out of 10 days
SCHEDULE DETAILS 2-3 full days in office & 2 ½ days in cath lab

SPECIAL PROCEDURES/DETAILS Cardioversion, temporary pacemaker placement, coronary & peripheral interventions, cardiac diagnostic testing interpretations

• Office and Cath Lab Coverage
• No STEMI call after hours
• Short drive to Indianapolis
