Schedule: The schedule is subject to the approval of the VA.

Location: Syracuse, NY, 13210

Mandatory Requirements:

- Employee shall have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia) when services are performed onsite on VA property.
- Employee shall be Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease American Board of Internal Medicine
- Active BLS
- Active ACLS
- Active NPI
- Active DEA
- Should be comfortable with on call requirements.
