Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Monday- Friday clinic only (8am-5pm). 1 week a month is needed. HIGHLY prefer one provider to cover the coverage need but will look at availability.

· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: None
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: No privileges required so they can start as soon as set up.
