Cardiologist Needed in Germantown, TN | TEE Focus | Day Shift, No Call | 13 Weeks

Job description

Start: September 1, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: 13 weeks (open to extension)
Coverage: Procedure-focused cardiology — TEEs, tilt table testing, and cardioversions
Schedule: Day shift, 7:00a–4:00p
Call: No call
Volume: Approximately 8–10 TEEs, 2 tilt tables, and 2 cardioversions per day
Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
Practice Setting: Acute care hospital, 320 beds

Responsibilities: Perform transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), tilt table testing, and cardioversions; timely documentation in the facility EMR. Note: backup/support staff not available.

Requirements:
- Board Certified in Cardiology
- Tennessee license required
- DEA required
- ACLS required
- Proficiency with TEE, tilt table testing, and cardioversion
