Heart failure cardiologist needed in WA:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months with the option to extend
Schedule: 1 week per month; Monday 7AM - Monday 7AM
Job details: ECMO, VV and VA Impella and Durable LVADs, & participate in the shock program

WA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
