🕓 Schedule: 7 days inpatient, one week per month (Tuesday 7a – Tuesday 7a)
📞 Call: Included — night call may require return to facility

Position Details
- Specialty: Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant
- Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
- Shift Type: 24-hour shifts
- Schedule Details: One-week block each month, variable scheduling
- Support Staff: Yes
- EMR: Epic

Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required
- Fellowship: Preferred (Advanced Heart Failure)
- Licensure: Active WA License required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience: Prior heart failure management experience required
- Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days for temp privileges
