Schedule: Weekly Rotations | Mix of Inpatient & Call Coverage
Setting: Inpatient | Epic EMR
Duration: Ongoing Assignment

The Opportunity

Join a respected regional heart program in the greater Seattle area providing comprehensive cardiac care. This locum opportunity offers flexible, week-long scheduling—ideal for a physician who enjoys clinical variety and values a collaborative, supportive environment.

You’ll work alongside a skilled team covering both inpatient cardiology and night call, with additional ongoing scheduling options throughout the fall and winter months.

Assignment Highlights
• Schedule: 7-day rotations (daytime inpatient + night call)
• Upcoming coverage weeks available from September through December
• Average 15–18 patients per shift
• Trauma Level II facility with strong ancillary support
• Practice scope includes: Non-invasive cardiology, echocardiography, TEE, nuclear cardiology, and ICU care
• EMR: Epic
• Board Certification required
• Active WA license only (IMLC not accepted)
• Credentialing timeframe: 5–90 days (clean files may qualify for emergency privileges)

Ideal Candidate
• Board-Certified Cardiologist experienced in inpatient and non-invasive care
• Comfortable managing acute cardiac patients and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
• Reliable, flexible, and looking for recurring locum assignments
