Job description

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Looking for Advanced Heart Failure trained or Critical Care Cardiology trained physician to work in tandem with 3 staff physicians on an ongoing long-term basis. Provider will be scheduled 1 of every 4 weeks, Monday 7AM - Monday 7AM. Inpatient from 7am-7pm with night call 7pm-7am.
Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 10-12
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 1
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: This is a heavily critical care focused position. Need to be completely facile in management of ECMO, VV and VA Impella and Durable LVADs. Participate in the shock program. Primary attending responsibilities for ECMO and LVAD. there is no transplant aspect.
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Any active state license - The site is willing to look at providers who need to obtain a Washington state license if they are able to help with our coverage need for one week per month.
· Fellowship: preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
