General Cardiologist Needed in Longview, WA | Inpatient + Clinic | 1:6 Call | 26 Weeks

Job description

Start: September 14, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed) — orientation 9/8, start 9/9
Length: 26 weeks / 6 months (open to extension)
Coverage: General cardiology across clinic and hospital, with rounding and admissions
Schedule: 08:00–17:00 (8-hour days) plus call. Call is 1:6 — one week every sixth week — covering Monday–Friday evening weeknight call plus 24-hour weekend call on Saturday and Sunday.
Call: 1:6 rotation (weeknight evening call plus 24-hour weekend call during the assigned week)
Volume: Average 13 patients per day
Patient Population: Adults (18+)
Practice Setting: Acute care hospital, 134 beds, Level III/IV trauma — both inpatient and outpatient (clinic and hospital), Epic EMR
Note: Provider will not work solo.

Required procedures: Invasive cardiology and cardiac CT or CTA.

Requirements:
- Board Certified in Cardiology
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Invasive cardiology and cardiac CT or CTA capability required
- Case logs from the last 24 months required
- Washington license required — open to IMLC with LOQ in hand
- ACLS required
- Epic experience required
- COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions)
