Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Revive Therapeutic Services is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join
our interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals with mental health and behavioral issues.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their needs and provide appropriate
treatment and support.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to
ensure quality care.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with various mental health and
behavioral disorders.
• Conduct crisis intervention services when necessary.
• Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists to ensure coordinated care.
• Track and document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as
required by regulations and laws.
• Participate in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and continued education and
professional development activities to stay updated on the latest research and techniques in the field.

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• LCSW license required in the state of Rhode Island or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with other mental health
professionals such as psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and licensed
therapists.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems and documentation requirements.
