Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is hiring a licensed mental health professional to provide trauma-informed therapy and behavioral health support for justice-involved youth (ages 13–21) at a juvenile detention center in Rush, NY 14543. This is a meaningful full-time opportunity to work directly with vulnerable youth and contribute to their rehabilitation and long-term wellness.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct individual sessions to assess mental health needs and provide ongoing therapy.
✔️ Facilitate group therapy on behavioral health, coping strategies, and peer support.
✔️ Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies.
✔️ Coordinate care across internal teams and external agencies to ensure continuity.
✔️ Train detention staff on trauma-informed care and behavioral health practices.
✔️ Collaborate with the health services clinic and other departments to deliver integrated care.
✔️ Maintain clinical documentation in line with county and legal standards.
✔️ Contribute to program evaluation and help shape behavioral health policies and protocols.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
✔️ Licensure: Active NYS license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
✔️ Experience: 3+ years post-licensure; experience with trauma or justice-involved youth preferred.
✔️ Skills: Strong background in treatment planning, crisis response, and culturally sensitive care.
✔️ Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus (not required).
