About the BLOOM Program
The BLOOM Program in Jamestown, NY supports PreK–middle school students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and dual diagnoses. This multidisciplinary program integrates evidence-based treatment, trauma-informed care, and behavioral interventions in a nurturing school environment. Clinicians collaborate with educational teams to promote growth, emotional regulation, and social success.

About the Role
ESS seeks a Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) for the BLOOM team in Jamestown, NY. The ideal candidate has experience with IDD/Dual Dx students and is passionate about helping children build emotional, behavioral, and social skills through structured, compassionate care.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Use play therapy, DIR/Floortime, or ABA as appropriate
- Implement behavioral plans and Safety-Care protocols
- Manage cases and coordinate with families, schools, and providers
- Collaborate with teachers and paraprofessionals
- Lead professional learning and contribute to treatment planning
- Maintain timely documentation and ethical standards
- Participate in ESS training and supervision

Qualifications
- Master’s in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
- Active NYS license (LMHC, LMSW/LCSW, or LMFT)
- 2+ years’ experience with developmental disabilities, autism, or dual diagnoses
- Experience in behavioral intervention and crisis support (training provided)
- Familiarity with DIR/Floortime, play therapy, or ABA preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and coaching skills
