Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations
✔️ Provide therapy: individual, group, and family
✔️ Develop and implement treatment plans
✔️ Document all services accurately in EHR
✔️ Collaborate with medical staff and attend case conferences

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work from an accredited program
✔️ License: Active Ohio license (LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS required)
✔️ Experience: Open to new grads and experienced clinicians
✔️ Skills: Strong therapeutic communication, culturally competent, team-oriented
