Position Overview
As an Evenings & Weekends Licensed Outpatient Therapist, you will:
• Increase access by offering therapy outside typical business hours
• Provide individual, couples, family, or group sessions in-person at our new location and via telehealth
• Work 5–20 hours/week ( any evening after 4 PM Mon–Fri and/or anytime Sat/Sun)
• Choose one evening per week up to full five-evening coverage
This part-time role allows you to build a flexible caseload in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct clinical intakes, diagnostic assessments, and develop/update treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, etc.)
• Complete all clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) within 7 days
• Collaborate with intake specialists, billing, and case management to ensure seamless care
• Maintain HIPAA compliance, timely EMR calendar entries, and professional boundaries
• Optional: design and deliver workshops, seminars, or educational programs leveraging your expertise
Schedule & Caseload
• Weeknights: After 4 PM, choose 1–5 evenings per week
• Weekends: Saturdays and/or Sundays, per your preference
• Weekly Hours: Flexible 5–20+ hours, based on clinician availability and patient demand.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active PA licensure (LMFT, LPC, LICSW, LCSW, or equivalent) in good standing
• Experience in diagnostic assessment, treatment plan development, and clinical documentation
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EMR systems (e.g., SimplePractice)
• Strong clinical skills, ethical practice, and the ability to build rapport
