About the clinician's workday
The position requires full-time coverage, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The provider must have current licensure as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts. They will be part of a multidisciplinary team, including an LMHC, LICSW, MD, and RN, and will not be responsible for psychological testing. The role involves providing trauma-based care to an adult patient population. Services must be provided in person, and the visits are scheduled, not on-demand in the ED. The LCSW has flexible scheduling but will not handle their own scheduling.
