You'll work directly with adolescents and their families, delivering mental health services in a supportive, team-driven environment. ✔️ Deliver 100% clinical services in a school setting
✔️ Provide DSM-based assessments, treatment planning, and goal-setting
✔️ Conduct individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices
✔️ Collaborate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings
✔️ Consult with psychiatrists and mental health specialists for treatment direction
✔️ Accurately document all services and follow agency policies
✔️ Support adolescents and families with compassion and consistency

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, MFT, or Creative Arts Therapy
✔️ Active NY State license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT)
✔️ At least 5 years of clinical experience, preferably with adolescents/families
✔️ Experience in co-occurring disorders, mental health clinics, or school settings
✔️ Eligible for NYS Child Abuse and Justice Center clearance
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office; EHR experience is a plus
✔️ Strong time management, verbal/written communication, and organizational skills
✔️ Bilingual in Spanish preferred
