Locum APP – Dermatology

POSITION SUMMARY

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to provide outpatient Dermatology coverage for a 6-month assignment.

SCHEDULE

✓ Monday–Friday

✓ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

✓ 6-month assignment

PRACTICE DETAILS

✓ Primary location: RGH Genesee Valley Dermatology

✓ Potential float coverage to Linden Oaks

✓ Primary support for Clifton Springs Dermatology

✓ Outpatient clinic

✓ EMR: EPIC

✓ Patient volume: 25–35 patients per day

✓ Support staff: Approximately 1 LPN, RN, or MA for every 12 patients

✓ Flexible scheduling available

REQUIREMENTS

✓ Minimum 3 years of recent Dermatology experience

✓ Recent EPIC experience

✓ Active New York license (required at submission)

✓ BLS Certification

✓ Board Certified

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

✓ Updated work history with no employment gaps greater than 30 days

✓ Physician/provider statement for any malpractice history, including dismissed cases

✓ Candidate email address and phone number

✓ Active New York license

✓ BLS Certification

✓ Board Certification
