Job description

8-hours (8AM-5PM, can be flexible)
Setting: Outpatient
Patient demographics: No age restrictions
Average patients per day: 21-30
Required Procedures: Biopsy, excisions, cryotherapy, injections, ED&C, light therapy, patch testing
Licensed Candidate: Yes, provider must have an active WA license.
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
EMR: EPIC. Proficient User.
