5, Day (8 Hours) 6:00 - 15:00
Schedule: 5-7 shift minimum; however, more would be preferred

Work Details:
· Providers Requested: 3 FTEs – 50 shifts
· EMR: Cerner
· Bed in department: 52 EM, 350 total
· Skills required: stroke, cards, urology, OB

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
• Outpatient
• Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Yes
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
