Emergency Medicine APP Needed in OR (will license)

Job description

Location: Dallas, OR

Start: June/July

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Care Team Model: APP will work alongside 1 Physician

Shift: 12p-10p, Monday – Friday

Annual Volume: over 14,000

Average Daily Census: 50/day in a 24-hour period

Types of Cases/Procedures: TBD

Open or Closed ICU: None

EMR: Epic

Acuity Level: higher

Minimum Years of Experience: 1 or more years

State License: OR

Open to licensing: Timeline – 6 or less weeks (NP) 5 weeks for PA (are you open to candidates that need a license?)

Certifications Required/Preferred: Prefer ATLS, ACLS

DEA Required?: Yes

Credentialing Timeframe (same as Salem Hospital?): 60-90, closer to 60
