Board Cert: Board Certified/Board Eligible

Add. Certs: ABEM is NOT required, FM with EM experience is acceptable

Cred Timeframe: TBD, we are pushing for temps to be approved

CPOE: Yes, system unknown

Annual ED visits: 24,440

Admission Rate: 10.8%

Transfers: 1.5%

CDU/Observation" No dedicated unit

Does hospital admit Peds? No

Admitting/Bridge Orders: Written for surgeons at times

Radiology Reeds: Read many of own x-rays

CT/Ultrasound: CT in house, U/S on call at nights

MRI On call at nights

Bedside Ultrasound: Performed by all physicians

CREDENTIALING TIMEFRAME: 90-120 days from time of accurate/complete application submission. NOTE: Physician will be non-started 90 days after agency receives application if MSO confirms an accurate/complete application has NOT been accepted for processing.
Board Meeting- Privileges are issued at Board Meeting very 2nd Friday of the month

REQUIREMENT- Payer Credentialing packet due completed prior to first scheduled shift
