EM NP/PA Needed in Springfield

Job description

Shift types and Shift hours? 10s and 12s
Call or weekend requirements? No call but weekends yes.
Support staff (APP’s/# of other EM docs on, etc)?
APP’s schedule? Yes 3 or 4 12 hour shifts
Types of cases? All of thee above.
Ex: ER, Trauma, stroke
Specialty Backup/Support: easy transfer center process. Full support. Yes.
Freestanding ED? No
EMR type? Epic
ED Annual Volume/visits? 52000/year
Average daily volume for 24hr or 12hr period, per provider? Avg patients per hour for physicians? Avg pt/hr 1.8 - 2.2
Working solo? Backup support? No solo coverage
Required procedures/Skills? ATLS, Central Line, Chest tube, intubations, peds critical care
Will accept FM trained with current EM experience? Yes
Required certifications (ATLS, ACLS, PALS, etc)? ATLS, ACLS, PALS
