Locums Opportunity: Emergency Medicine APP – Washington

Job description

An acute care facility in Washington is seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine APP for locums coverage. This is a high-functioning ED with over 24,000 annual visits, a 14-bed open ICU, and robust transfer protocols to Level 1 and 2 trauma centers. Candidates must have at least two years of EM experience and be Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM with EM experience is acceptable).

Credentialing: 90–120 days from complete app submission; privileges issued at Board meetings every 2nd Friday

Radiology: CT in-house; U/S & MRI on-call at night; providers read many own x-rays

Bedside Ultrasound: Performed by all physicians

Important Requirements:

WA License: Active

Board Status: BC/BE

• Level 3 Trauma Center with 21 ED beds
• Must hold active WA license
• Requires 2+ years of Emergency Medicine experience
