Job description

Emergency Medicine PA locum opportunity in Onamia, MN available. This is a flexible role with a mix of mid, day, and night shift options.

Schedule:
• Start: July 2026
• Ongoing coverage
• Flexible shifts (8, 9, 10, or 12 hours)
• Mid shifts (noon start) with option for days or nights
• Coverage needed 7 days/week

Practice:
• Critical Access Hospital (Level IV Trauma)
• 20–30 patients per day
• 7-room ED with 2 trauma bays
• 24/7 MD support onsite or nearby
• Telemedicine backup for specialties
• EMR: EDIS / Medhost (training available)

Requirements:
• Board Certified Physician Assistant
• Active MN license (licensing not available)
• DEA required
• BLS, ACLS, and ATLS or CALS required
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Medicine experience
• Emergency ultrasound experience required

Credentialing:
• Approximately 60–90 days
