Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: M-F 12p-10p; at least 5 shifts per month
Work details: Critical Access Hospital

OR License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
