Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts per week; 10:00a-9p or 3p-2a
Work details: Level III Trauma Center

WA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
