EM/FP/IM must be BC or Truly BE
- Facility located in Whiteriver, AZ
- 7 on/ 7 off (block schedule)
- 12 hour shifts (days, mids or nights)
- 6 months with the option to extend
- Roughly 8 weeks to credential
-Treating all ages
- Support staff: hospitalists, anesthesia, podiatry, optometry, pediatrics, surgery, etc.
- roughly 40k annual volume
- Facility uses EMR, will provide training
- BLS, ACLS, PALS & ATLS all required
- Any State License
-Travel and lodging can be provided

• Picking up blocks in Indian Health Reservation
• 12 hour shifts
