Locums Emergency Medicine Physician Needed in Northern California

Job description

Contract Length: 6-12 months
Schedule: 5, Day (8 Hours)

Clinic details
Practice Setting: Hospital - Level 3 trauma
Patient Volume: 33k annual volume, Avg – 2/hour
Patient Population: 15% EMS, 15.22% admitted
Support Staff: MD works side by side with APP’s and has supervision requirements for APP. MD manages all ESI 1-2 and higher acuity 3. APP’s focus on ESI 4-5 and lower/vertical 3’s. APP’s do care for higher acuity patients and have occasional admissions
Cases/Procedures: Cardiology, ENT, Gen Surg, GI, OB, Oncology, Ortho, Peds, Psych, Urology, CC
