Job description

· Support staff: 24 hours Hospitalist and Intensivists
· EMR: Meditech, Pdoc, and dragon dictions
· Trauma Level: Level II
· 61,000 annual patient visits in Main ED and 16,000 in Peds ED
· 42-bed ED including 5 fast track plus 5 monitored beds
· 70 hours total of physician coverage (main ED and Peds ED incl)
· 60 hours of APP coverage
· 26% Admit rate
· Comprehensive Stroke facility with bi-plane
· Interventional cardiac cath facility
· Code ice facility with therapeutic hypothermia capability
· Several dedicated ED glide scopes and US machines
· No floor code or consult responsibilities
