Department Description:
• 24,000 annual visits
• 17-Bed ED, all private
• Level III Trauma Center
• 24-hours of physician coverage daily; 12-hour shifts
• 20-hours APP coverage daily; 9 & 11-hour shifts
• Ultrasound available
• Meditech EMR
• Accredited Chest Pain Center
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required - Must be BC in ABEM or AOBEM
· License required: IN license required in hand/PCF process required. No exceptions.
. Must have active DEA.

• 3 months with possible extension
• Level III Trauma Center
• Ultrasound available
