• Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. | 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

• Annual ED Volume: 27,692
• ED Beds: 12
• EMR: Epic
• APP Coverage: 24–30 hours per day
• Average Patients per Hour: 3.0 (day) | 0.6 (night)

Requirements
• Board Certification: ABEM-BC
• License: Active Indiana medical license (not open to licensing)
• Certifications: DEA and CSR required
