🌟 ER Physicians Wanted – High-Performance Team in Southwest Louisiana 🌟

Location: Southwest Louisiana
Position Type: Locum Tenens / Contract
Openings: 4 Emergency Medicine Physicians
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (60–90 days)

🚨 The Opportunity

Join a high-volume, well-supported Emergency Department in Southwest Louisiana that's built for efficiency, collaboration, and top-tier patient care. This facility is seeking 4 board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians who thrive in dynamic environments and are confident handling Level 3 emergency procedures.

🩺 Shift Details

You must be open to both day and night shifts across these rotations:

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

2:00 PM – 2:00 AM

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Daily Patient Volume: ~140 patients per 24 hours

Team Model: 3 APPs + 4 ER Physicians on the floor at all times

EMR: EPIC

✅ Requirements

Board Certified in Emergency Medicine

Active Louisiana Medical License or Active IMLC (required)

ATLS Certification (required)

NIH Stroke Scale Certification (preferred)

Ability to independently perform Level 3 Emergency Medicine procedures
