Hottest ER Assignment in MN for ER Physician

Job description

Need MD/DO for ER coverage needs for 13 hours shifts
Shift times 8am-9pm or 7pm-8am
second coverage - Yes: 11a-9p on weekends and holidays
Annual ER volume 8,000 and growing
Volume breakdown: 667 ER visits monthly (10% emergent, 47% Urgent, 35% less Urgent, 8% non-urgent)
EMR is EPIC
Facility is Level 4 trauma
Prefers MN License and DEA, will take IMLC
Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABMS- FM, IM, EM)
Life Certifications needed: ACLS, ATLS or CALS w/ trauma module (waive for ABEM and can demonstrate having at one time)
COVID-19 vaccination required
NPDB required with submission
Stroke certifications required - free online course
Travel is included: air, rental car or mileage if driving. The facility has call rooms, so hotels are not included.

What does the interview process look like? This is different at every place and optional at each place, so if the facility requests this it would be with the medical director at each facility and, any other leadership they wish to have there, like the ER manager or DON etc.
