Emergency Medicine Locum Opportunity – Just 1.5 Hours from Minneapolis!

We’re currently staffing a locum EM position at a community hospital located just 1.5 hours from Minneapolis, MN, starting January 2026 and running through June 2026. If you're a local physician looking for a flexible, lower-commitment schedule — this could be a great fit.

🔹 Position Highlights:

Location: Within driving distance of Minneapolis (local candidates only – no flights covered)

Schedule: 6–8 shifts/month (schedule varies by month)

Shift Times: 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a)

Contract Length: Jan–June 2026

Patient Volume: Avg. 15 patients per shift, with up to 20–25 during peak times

Coverage Model: Single coverage ER

Patient Population: All ages

EMR: EPIC

Facility Size: 11-bed hospital

🔹 Requirements:

Board Certification in Emergency Medicine

Active MN medical license

DEA license

Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and either ATLS or CALS

Experience in community hospital settings strongly preferred

Credentialing: ~60–90 days

No name clear process required
