- Board Certified, Board Eligible, DEA
- Schedule: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- No Call
- Weekend Required: Yes
- Facility Total Bed Size: 10 beds
- Facility Annual Volume: 15,000
- Daily Patient Load per Clinician: 12-15
- ED Patients per Hour: 1.12
- No Trauma Designation
- NH Licensed
- Credentialing: 90 days.
- $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
