Job description

Seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join our outstanding team just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a high-volume, high-acuity environment with exceptional support and resources.

Opportunity Highlights:

Up to 10–12 shifts per month – flexible scheduling
46-bed Emergency Department with 80,000 annual patient visits
10-hour physician shifts
MD coverage: 80–90 hours per day (double/triple coverage)
APP coverage: 30–42 hours per day
Scribe support available – focus more on patient care
Admit rate: 29%
Level III Trauma Center with exceptionally high acuity
EPIC EMR
24/7 hospitalist & pediatric hospitalist coverage
Excellent nursing and sub-specialty support

What We’re Looking For:

Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle high acuity cases
Team-oriented physician who thrives in a fast-paced environment
