Job description

We’re seeking board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians to provide consistent coverage across multiple sites in Gastonia, NC.

🕙 Shift Times:
Primary site: 10-hour shifts
Additional sites (after proficiency): 12-hour shifts
📅 Schedule: Days, nights, weekends, and holidays — all shifts needed
📈 Availability: Prefer 150% availability monthly to ensure desired shift volume

🧾 Certifications Required:
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Active NC License & DEA

🆕 New Providers: Will begin at the main site for onboarding and support before rotating to additional locations
🗂️ Credentialing Timeline: ~60 days
