Key Responsibilities:

Deliver emergency care in a 12-bed critical access ED (approx. 10,000 visits/year)

Provide patient-first care alongside a team of 6 physicians

Participate in a collaborative practice culture that supports autonomy and community impact

24-hour physician coverage model with flexible scheduling options

Compensation & Schedule:

$225/day | $235/night (W2)

Full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts available

24-hour shift model with work-life balance in mind

Qualifications:

Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine with EM experience

Open to new grads, residents, and fellows

Eligible for Ohio medical license
