📋 Contract Details
🔵 Position: Primary Care/Priority Care Physician (Locum)
🔵 Specialty: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (MD/DO) – urgent care providers also considered
🔵 Location: Florence, OR
🔵 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as credentialed – ideally by 10/6
🔵 Credentialing Timeline: Expedited
🔵 Contract Length: 6 months, with potential to extend
🔵 Schedule: 4 days per week (10-hour daily shifts)
🔵 Shift Details: 10-hour shifts, exact hours to be determined

Clinic Details:
🏥 Setting: Outpatient clinic (Priority Care)
📝 Privileges: Clinic only
👩‍⚕️ Coverage Needed: Full-time FTE, ongoing
📊 Patient Volume: ~20–24 patients per day
👨‍👩‍👧 Patient Population: All ages
🎯 Focus: Primary and emergent walk-in care, chronic disease management, and acute needs
🛠️ Required Procedures: Emergent pain management, suturing/suture removal, GI and upper respiratory treatments, etc.
💻 EMR: Epic (proficiency required)

Requirements:
✅ Board Certification: Family Medicine, Urgent Care Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
✅ Licensure: Active OR medical license required
✅ DEA: Active DEA with appropriate schedules
✅ Certifications: BLS and ACLS required

Experience:
✅ Primary care or urgent care experience required
✅ Familiarity with Epic EMR
✅ Experience with all-age populations preferred
