• Board Certification: Yes, Emergency Medicine
• State license required: HIGHLY preferred, but will consider IMLC
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Certifications required: BLS
• Minimum experience required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days - can grant emergency privs in 30 days as needed.
Willing To License?: IMLC only
OT: No OT

• 20 rooms with 2 trauma bays

• 8-12 hour shifts

• Back up med surg and ICU on night shifts with intubations, central lines and chest tubes
• Must be ABEM certified
