About the clinician's workday

The emergency medicine physician will provide primary or backup emergency call coverage during 24-hour call shifts. The clinician will manage approximately 8-12 patients in a 24-hour period and handle approximately 20 patients over weekends from Friday through Sunday. The position requires managing diverse emergency presentations while maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating patient care in a critical access hospital setting.
