Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: Now – August 2025 (potential for extension)
Position Details:
Shifts: 12-14 shifts per month (12-hour shifts)
Preference: Night shifts preferred, but open to a mix of day/night shifts
Minimum Shifts: 3-4 shifts per month, especially if travel reimbursement is required

Certification Requirements:
Must be boarded or eligible in Emergency Medicine
Acceptable certifications: ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABPS, FNP (ANCC, AANP)
Residency trained in Emergency Medicine

Current Certifications Required:
EM eligible: ATLS, ACLS, PALS
EM boarded: ACLS and PALS (ATLS can be expired, but must provide a copy of the card)
Staffing Model:
MDDO Physician and APP
NPPA Shift Times: 11 AM - 9 PM

Privileging Timeframe:
90+ days from receipt of CVO Welcome email

Onboarding Requirements:
EMR training provided by Medical Director
Orientation: 1-2 hours before shift

Immunization Requirements:
Yearly PPD
Flu vaccination required
COVID-19 documentation required
